Key Account Manager, Apps

We are seeking a structured and detail-orientated Key Account manager to handle our Publishers from around the world.

Our SDK and services are used all over the world by millions of satisfied users, and now you have the chance to be part of our fast-growing company. You will be part of the Sales team that works closely together to ensure, that both new and exciting customers are onboarded and supported in a professional way.

The sales team is divided into 3 sections to support the full sales process. The Sales agents, who find potential leads around the world, then hand them over to the Hunters, who travel the world to onboard these new publishers.
Your role will be in the next step, where you, together with colleagues, looking after the Key account management of all external publishers.

Your main tasks will be:

Key account management.
Monitoring the performance of apps and KPIs.
Troubleshooting in collaboration with the technical teams.
Assisting in upgrading the SDK-versions and sometimes running QA-tests.
Managing invoice administration towards publishers in close collaboration with the finance department.
Compliance enforcement and communication.

You do not need to have experience from a sales team, however, we do look for someone who has a naturally out-going personality and structured approach towards work. We would like if you have had experience from a tech-driven company and communication experience towards people from around the world. To be a success in the position, you must recognize yourself with the following:

Experience in stakeholder-management.
Able to multi-task.
Result-orientated and knows how to manage own time.
A top-of-the-line team-player.
Self-motivated to find answers, solutions or the people that have them.
