Integration Supporter/QA Engineer

Tasks and skills

You’ll be a part of an international company and your primary tasks will be troubleshooting technical issues and providing mentorship and technical support to clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will be:

• Performing software upgrades.
• Writing product documentation.
• Developing software integrations and customizations.
• Log file analysis, software delivery, JIRA ticket system, sample app SDK test.

We are looking for somebody with basic programming skills (OOP) and knowledge of mobile development languages (Java/Kotlin) as well as at least one source code management system (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub). In addition, it’s important that you have insight into Android Studio, Android Framework, and strong knowledge of Android runtime permissions as well as good knowledge of Gradle Build Tools.

Your personal traits and qualities are important to be able to succeed in the job as an integrations supporter/QA Engineer. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, flexible, and willing to take ownership of the issues that may arise. Your communication skills are crucial as a high percentage of your time will be spent dealing with people at different levels of organizations and it’s both oral and written. You need to be a strong team player who will easily engage and help others on the team when they are under pressure or have a high workload. Self-motivation with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment is a big plus.
